Kamome Island Beach
A white flag indicates that swimming is permitted, while a red flag indicates that swimming is prohibited. Please observe the designated swimming areas and follow the lifeguards’ instructions.

Kamome Island features two swimming areas separated by a seawall.
Set in a natural cove with calm waters, these areas are popular with both locals and visitors.
Lifeguards are on duty during the swimming season, and foot-washing stations and cold-water showers are available free of charge.
Additionally, starting in 2025, hot-water showers are available for a fee (100 yen for 3 minutes).

Important Notes for Use
1.Please refrain from visiting if you are feeling unwell, such as if you have a fever or cold symptoms.
2.Please do not swim or wade outside the designated swimming area.
3.Parents or guardians must accompany all infants and children.
4.Please do not operate motorboats, jet skis, or similar vessels within the swimming area.
5.Please refrain from setting off fireworks, barbecuing over an open flame, or building bonfires.
6.Please be sure to take your trash home with you.
7.Please do not bathe or swim after drinking alcohol.
8.Please do not bring in tools such as axes that could pose a danger to other users.
9.Since the campground is located on Kamome Island, please do not camp at the beach.
