Shigejiro Onsen

There are 6 types of baths available, including a lower temperature bath of approximately 39℃, an overflow style bath straight from the hot spring source of approximately 46℃, and a cold-water bath. Furthermore, the spring water contains carbon which improves blood circulation and the autonomic nervous system, promotes the removal of fatiguing substances (lactic acid), and is weakly acidic which is good for the skin. After the body is fully warmed, a Finland-style sauna awaits outside for cooling down to enjoy repetitive bathing.
